13,000 children and women are trafficked across Nepal's boarders for domestic or sexual labour each year!

Since the 2015 earthquakes, human trafficking in Nepal has increased by 500%. This rise in exploitation has been in Nepal's most disadvantaged villages.  There has been an increase of Human Trafficking for the entertainment industry, more migrant workers leaving their families to find well paid jobs and child marriage is still prevalent among tribes of Nepal.

The purpose of Bridges Nepal UK Trust is to prevent exploitation and human trafficking in socially and economically disadvantaged communities in Nepal, through community development, partnerships and projects that:

1. Promote sustainable community development and relieve poverty
2. Advance education of the public, provide vocational training and educates the public on Human Rights through courses and activities
3. Relieve sickness and promote good health and saving of lives through classes and clinics. 
4. Demonstrate Christian values for the benefit of the public
